We are a significant part of the Xailes-Xferme community, made up of thousands of individuals and families who are still awaiting a clear, fair, and structured solution regarding their investments.
Through this letter, we formally request the opening of a direct line of communication with the company, through a virtual meeting via Zoom, which would allow us to express our concerns, receive first-hand information, and engage in dialogue about possible solutions that are beneficial for all parties involved.
We also propose that this meeting take place within the next 10 days, and that our community be represented by Mr. Gabriel Gutiérrez, whom we consider a person with the credibility, respect, and trust necessary to serve as a spokesperson for this group before you.
Our request has a very specific purpose:
to obtain clarity about the current situation,
to have more inclusive communication,
and to participate constructively in understanding and following the recovery process.

We also wish to express that, while we respect the communication decisions the company has made so far, those of us who support this letter still have important questions that we would like to present in an organized, serious, and respectful manner in the space we are requesting.
